Creativity, memory and environment

If you are staying in the eastern part of Mallorca or playing Pula Golf or the Son Servera golf clubyou have the option of visiting Voro Restaurant with two Michelin stars at the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel in Canyamel.

Its chef, Álvaro Salazar, says of it that VORO is a journey, an attitude, a universe that transcends borders and horizons but never stops looking towards the Mediterranean.

VORO is naturalness, provocation and sophistication. A free-spirited cuisine with no strings attached. A tasty and irreproachable culinary experience that does not forget origins or geographies and that as the etymology expresses, invites diners to devour and voraciously consume its succulent tasting menus: Voro and Devoro.

Voro with a menu of 17 dishes and a price of 125,00 € per person and Devoro with a menu of 22 dishes and a price of 165,00 € per person.

In addition, you can also complete your menu with a wine pairing or select from the wine list, which offers more than 300 references.

It is important to note that this restaurant is for adults only.

Sophistication of culinary technique

Also in the east you will find the Michelin-starred restaurant Andreu Genestra in the hotel Predi Son Jaumellin Capdepera. In this restaurant the tradition of the Mediterranean product stands out with the sophistication of the culinary technique.

At Andreu Genestra you can choose between two tasting menus: the 8-course Mediterrani Menu, priced at €105.00 per person, and the 13-course Mediterrani Extrem Menu, priced at €125.00 per person, both with the option of food and wine pairing.

Free-flowing, contemporary Mallorcan cuisine

In the north of the island, close to the Alcanada Golf Club or the Golf de Pollensa you will find another Michelin star: Maca de Castro.

Located on the first floor, it presents a contemporary dining room where its dishes are based on Mallorcan and Mediterranean tradition with a touch of authenticity and elegance, using the island’s own seasonal products as a base. Their tasting menu changes monthly and consists of 9 dishes, priced at 132,00 € per person. On the ground floor of the restaurant in the Jardín Bistró they offer a more accessible atmosphere. Another restaurant created and supervised by Maca de Castro where more affordable prices are offered.

Unique Balearic gastronomy

In the Sierra de Tramontana mountain range between Deyá and Sóller, you can enjoy unbeatable views of the sea and the fusion of traditional recipes and the most modern techniques at the hands of Benet and Jaume Vicens in their restaurant Béns d’Avall.

The restaurant offers two tasting menus: Alconàsser Menu, consisting of 8 dishes and priced at 89,00 € per person and the Ánima Menu consisting of 13 dishes and priced at 102,00 € per person.

A culinary oasis overlooking the sea

If you are going to play Andratx golf, you will find the restaurant Es Fum, run by chef Miguel Navarro, very close by.

It is located in the St. Regis Mardavall Resort.

They offer two menus: the Petit menu, priced at 145,00 € per person and the Tasting menu, priced at 170,00 € per person, both a delight for the palate and all the senses.

In the city of Palma, after playing the Arabella Golf Mallorca, Son Antem Golf or Golf Maioris courses, we have four Michelin-starred options that will not leave you indifferent.

First stop is the British chef Marc Foshat the restaurant that bears his name. Located in the Hotel Convent de la Missió in a 17th century building where its history contrasts with the minimalism of the restaurant.

They offer three types of menu:

For lunch the Weekly Menu of 5 dishes and priced at 49,50 € per person, the Lunch Tasting Menu, which consists of 10 dishes and is priced at 84,00 € per person.

For dinner you can enjoy the Marc Menu, which offers 11 courses and is priced at 98,00 € per person.

All menus can be completed with a wine tasting and a selection of cheeses.

Ambience and sensations

Adrián Quetglas, an Argentinian of Mallorcan descent, runs the restaurant that bears his name.

He brings us closer to international cuisine, always with a Mediterranean base, with a 5-Step Tasting Menu (45 € per person) or a 7-Step Tasting Menu (75 € per person). In his cuisine you will find the symbiosis of the experiences lived by the chef in London, Paris, Moscow or Mallorca.

Local and seasonal product

Mallorcan Santi Taura in his restaurant Dins, located in the Hotel El Llorenç in the Calatrava district.

His cuisine is based on local and seasonal products, fused with contemporary techniques that make his dishes unique.

He himself serves and presents his Origens tasting menu, consisting of 11 courses (95,00 € per person) where you will perceive the attention to detail with which each dish has been prepared.

A personal style that is not in any way fashionable

A young, enthusiastic and multicultural team accompanies chef Fernando P. Arellano in his restaurant Zaranda, located in the boutique hotel Es Princep.

The restaurant has regained one of its two Michelin stars, which it lost after the closure of the tax due to the pandemic.

In his Essential Menu he presents 8 dishes for 125,00 € and the Second Skin Menu consists of 11 dishes and is priced at 145,00 €. Their third option, the Collagen Menu consists of 14 dishes and is priced at 165,00 €.

All of them are distributed in a preface (starter), Main Act (main course) and Epilogue (dessert) that compare this contrast of flavors with a play, making reference to the name of the restaurant.

Golf Pass Mallorcaoffers a wide range of golf courses in different locations of the island where you can access these wonderful restaurants in just a few kilometres and finish the day of golf with a Michelin star menu.
